Job Description:
Creative Art is responsible for overseeing the visual style and imagery of advertising campaigns, branding materials, and multimedia content. This role demands a high level of creativity and technical expertise in design, typography, and visual storytelling. They will collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute visually engaging campaigns across multiple media platforms, including digital, print, and video.
- Lead the artistic development of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to develop compelling brand stories.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of creativity while maintaining strategic alignment with brand objectives.
- Oversee the design, layout, and overall aesthetic of advertising and branding materials.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technology, and innovative production techniques.
- Work closely with production teams, photographers, illustrators, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project workflows effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 6 - 7 years of experience in a creative art role, preferably within an advertising agency or media company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, branding, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital design trends, UX/UI principles, and emerging creative technologies is a plus.
