Position: Store Manager – Carousel by Simran Arya (New Delhi)

About the Role:

Carousel by Simran Arya is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and fashion-forward Store Manager to lead our New Delhi store. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of luxury fashion, and the ability to drive both sales and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the store, including inventory, VM, and client appointments
2. Build relationships with clients and offer a high-touch, personalized shopping experience
3. Handle WhatsApp and Instagram-based sales inquiries and drive conversions
4. Coordinate with the design and production teams for custom orders and deliveries
5. Track sales performance, maintain store reports, and achieve monthly targets
6. Train and supervise junior staff, ensuring brand standards are maintained at all times

Ideal Candidate:

1. Prior experience in fashion retail or client servicing, preferably in the luxury segment
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an elevated customer experience
4. Organized, reliable, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
5. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of store performance

Location:

New Delhi

Work Days: 6 days a week

Compensation: ₹50,000/month + performance-based incentives
